However, there's no denying zombie movies have made a serious mark on the horror and comedy genres. Surprisingly enough, there's a different kind of zombie movie for everyone. Looking for a campy musical vibe? Z-O-M-B-I-E-S or Anna and the Apocalypse are perfect options. Are you in the mood for a classic horror comedy with a little bit of edge? Based on M. R. Carey's novel of the same name, this sci-fi film follows a girl who is immune to the disease that has turned humanity into "hungries" and the people she tries to protect.
Train to Busan (2016)
This Korean horror movie is set on a train (duh) and follows a group of passengers who must fight to survive when a zombie outbreak occurs.
Night of the Living Dead (1968)
A true horror classic, George A. Romero's quintessential zombie film is set in Pennsylvania. It's about a group of strangers who are forced to barricade themselves in a house when a horde of zombies takes over the East Coast.
Re-Animator (1985)
Loosely based on H. P. Lovecraft's short story, Herbert West–Reanimator, this cult classic '80s movie is about a medical student who concocts a way to re-animate dead tissue. What could go wrong?

The Dead Don't Die (2019)
The Dead Don't Die has an all-star cast, including our fave, Selena Gomez. The movie follows the citizens of a small town called Centerville as they try to survive after a zombie outbreak occurs.
Z-O-M-B-I-E-S (2018)
This 2018 Disney Channel Original Movie has spawned two sequels and a dedicated fan base. When zombies transfer to Seabrook High School, both human and zombie students work together to embrace their differences and celebrate their community with song and dance.
