• Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have been loving it up recently and they were caught making out throughout a basketball game the other night.
  • Shawn collaborated with Taylor Swift on a remix of "Lover" and the lyrics are totally about Camila.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello continue to keep the romance alive. Four months into their relationship and they still can't keep their hands off each other, as made evident by that display of PDA at the basketball game the other night. Things are going so well, that now Shawn seems to even be singing about the romance.

On Wednesday, Taylor Swift released a remix of her song "Lover," featuring Shawn Mendes. The collaboration is seriously amazing, and the best part is, we all know who Shawn is singing about. Here are Shawn's additions to the song so you can see how he really feels about Cami. (BTW, if you're interested in checking out the meaning behind Taylor's original lyrics, you can see that here).

After Taylor's original intro and chorus, we get into Shawn's first verse:

We could light a bunch of candles
And dance around the kitchen, baby
Pictures of when we were young would hang on the wall
We would sit on the stoop
I'll sing love songs to you when we're eighty
See, I finally got you now, honey, I won't let you fall

The first few lines of this verse seem like Shawn's hopes for the future of his relationship with Camila. He wants to dance around a candle-lit kitchen and sing her love songs when they're 80 (swoon). The last line though seems to relate directly to their current relationship. Shawn and Camila have been friends for years, but it took awhile for the timing to work out for them to date, though they finally reached that point, and now Shawn is saying he won't let it slip away (swoon again).

While the beginning of this bridge is from the original, Shawn adds his own twist to the end of it.

Ladies and gentlemen, will you please stand?
With every guitar string scar on my hand
I take this magnetic force of a man to be my lover
Look in my eyes, they will tell you the truth
The girl in my story has always been you
I'd go down with the Titanic, it's true, for you, lover
And you'll save all your dirtiest jokes for me
And at every table, I'll save you a seat,
lover (Save you a seat)

OK, "the girl in my story has always been you" just left me in a puddle on the floor. Again, this could be regard to the fact that while Shawn and Camila have admired each other for years, it was only recently that they fell in love.

This song is basically a love note to Camila and I can't get enough of it. Now, Shawn, can we please get a full love song for Cami? Thanks.
