Y'all, I'm tired of the internet. We need to just throw the whole thing out and get a new one, because it's 2020 and trolls are still out here intentionally misgendering people. *Sigh.*
Back in January, OG beauty YouTuber Nikkie de Jager AKA NikkieTutorials came out publicly as a transgender woman (read: WOMAN), after being blackmailed. The support she received literally brought tears to her eyes, but there are still some people on the internet who think they're doing something by purposefully calling her a "boy." 😑
After posting her latest video – where she utterly destroys the glam game once again – Nikkie noticed some really gross comments on her post. But homegirl gave literally zero f*cks and called out the trolls for their ignorance.
"HAHAHAHAAA… some of you think y’all REALLLLLLY clever calling me “he” and “boy” on my latest post…. you’re so funny, haha….. ya, get the fuck outta here," she wrote on Twitter.
The Tweet got over 54k likes from fans and a standing ovation... from me – I stood up and clapped. Meanwhile, Nikkie is unphased and unbothered just counting her checks.
