To recreate the icy blue curls from the video above, you'll need L'Oréal Paris Colorista Hair Makeup in Silver Blue and Grey. This stuff is basically makeup for your hair (genius!), and it washes right out with shampoo. Ice Queen today, back to your everyday color tomorrow.
Step 1: Section your hair into four parts—two on either side of your face, one on top of your head, and one in back. Apply the Silver Blue hair makeup to strands in the back, running your fingers down the length of your hair to spread the color. You can skip the gloves, because the color rinses out with soap and water. Alternate between Silver Blue and Grey.
Step 2: Brush through and blow dry, and then break out the curling iron—time to create some waves!
